A giant old snapping turtle stopped by the office today. He had moss on his back and didn't seem to care that we were watching him. It reminded me of my childhood - specifically the time my friends and I caught a huge snapper and I ran home to get a net. My dad yelled to keep my hands away because they can bite your fingers off. I said yeah yeah see ya and ran off. Well, of course I put my hand near the turtle and it reached through the net and bit my thumb. I kicked it pretty hard and it let go. I then spent the next several hours trying to figure out where I could run away to so my dad wouldn't kill me. Eventually I went home and was yelled at, then taken to the doctor for a tetanus shot. The end.
Brilliant story. I always hated getting yelled at before the doctor's visit. Like we really needed to be told not to do that again. Thanks for writing!

Myself, I would like to read your opines on Daniel Craig as James Bond, pros (if any) and cons. I hope that produces a prodding to promote your prodigious proclivity towards prosaic ponderings.

Black Jack: I'm on it. Have to say I haven't kept up very diligently with the Bond series, but I think I finally caught up with the recent incarnation enough to have some opinions. Coming soon to a blog near you!
